Day three dawns and the smoke is still black

Day 3 of the Floyd Landis Conclave dawns as the first ballot was burned in the chimney. The world watched as the smoke began to billow out from the stack.

Still black. I’m not sure what is left to decide in there. Maybe I should have the local pizza place go heavy on the garlic the next time they send out. After a few of those pies, they should be real anxious to get to a decision.

Maybe some Jittery Joe’s coffee would move things along, with a few shots of espresso?

    And bar the bathroom doors!

  3. Frankie says:

Roid Landis will recieve a lifetime ban:

    1) for doping in competition
    2) for perjury
    3) witness tampering
    4) steroid abuse
    5) contempt of court by racing a Norba event

Nike Lance will be embarassed too.

    Frankie Says Relax.

Remember those t-shirts? As I have said with your previous posts. I love differing opinions. But please engage in a substanative discourse. We are impressed by the fact you found a word that rhymes with Floyd and indicates doping. That was old several weeks ago.

You know that the punishment is 2 years from Cycling and another 2 years from the ProTour. SInce Nike does not sponsor Floyd Landis, how does Lance figure in here?

If you want to lay out your thinking, I’d love to hear it. I have my opinion but I believe opinions are formed based on available data. Thus if new data were to come along, opinions can change. Lay it out. Otherwise, remember the saying. “Better people think you are an idiot rather than open your mouth and remove any doubt.”
