An Aussie ProTour team?

Ex-pro cyclist Neil Stephens, in an interview with Cyclingnews speculates on a ProTour team of Australian riders. Neil thinks that could happen in as little as two seasons. Thinkinking about it for a minute, Aussie riders are really making a splash on the Euro circuit. Pairing young riders like Trent Lowe with veterans like Robbie McEwen. I think we should take them seriously.

    That would be great! I think Cadel Evans is from Australia too.

    Yup Cadel for the grand tours, Robbie McEwen for the classics and sprints. Baden Cooke for support of Robbie and maybe his successor. TT riders like Michael Rogers and Brad McGee.
