Armstrong Pleads Guilty

Did I get you? Good. That’s what happened to me this morning when my New York Times email came into my in box. Thank God I was not wearing my heartrate monitor because I may have hit my max rate. Here is what the body said:

Martin A. Armstrong, a financial adviser who has been in jail since January 2000 on a civil contempt charge, pleaded guilty yesterday to a charge of securities fraud in a criminal case stemming from trading losses incurred by his firm in 1999.

Whew! I’m going to one of the last places in the US without internet access so I won’t be blogging until Monday. Unless I see another headline like this one again! Have a good weekend!
