Well, it seems the USADA is taking their own sweet time coming up with a decision. I’ve heard multiple readings. From it is good for Floyd to it is bad for Floyd. I just think, these guys are looking for a place to release the decision and get out of town.

I think this looks good for Floyd. Otherwise why hold out until just the right moment if you’re not trying to save face. Surely they’re not still deliberating? If it was bad news for Floyd, why sit on it?
